If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days — no questions asked — as long as you haven't used the report yet.
What counts as "used"
A report is considered used once you've unlocked and viewed the full analysis (all scores, ranking, and lineup). If you bought a report but the analysis failed to generate, you're eligible for a refund regardless of timing.
12-Month Pass
The 12-Month Pass is refundable within 14 days if you've generated fewer than 3 reports. After that, the pass is considered actively used and is non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@doublemymatches.app from the email address you used to purchase. Include your order confirmation or the email you paid with. We'll process eligible refunds within 5 business days.
Payment issues
If you were charged more than once, or you believe a charge was made in error, contact us immediately. We'll investigate and fix it.
